1936 Ford Deluxe Club Cabriolet

Model Year History Overview:

Model year 1936 saw only minor changes from the previous year but they were good ones.  The hood became longer and more pointed, and the grille was given a sharper Vee-shape.  Industry design practices dictated hiding some components previously visible, so horns now sat behind “catwalk” grilles that followed the pattern of the main grille.  Though the spare tire could be mounted either inside or outside on the sedans, external spares were still the rule.  1936 was the last year Ford would use the fabric roof insert in its sedans.
This car has had a frame-off restoration.  The interior has wool carpet and a top grade leather interior.
