Carl Sagan, Miss Piggy & Thomas Wolfe continued to publish at the same time the State of New York banned "Catcher in the Rye". Smurfs, Madona, Flashdance (the movie), Milli Vanilli & M.C. Hammer were all popular products of the 80's as were the people and icons shown below.
